Father’s Day Stress Relieving Tips.
Here are some simple but effective methods to keep in mind:
1. Take a time out – many of us work too hard and don’t take time for ourselves. Make one day a week, your day and take care of yourself. Massages of course are always great. By designating this time to yourself you can unwind easier, it can also be shared with your significant other.
2. Communication – keep everyone in the mix of knowing what is happening. If you know what you are supposed to be doing and they know it keep the stress levels down.
3. Master Family Calendar – I personally have one of these and recommend all families to have this. No surprises will pop up again.
4. No – learn to say no to additional work and requirements. What “meetings” or social events can your void to free your time up? If you are working too hard to function properly then you are no use to anyone. Take time for you
